2. Soba Sashimi

3. Meat Dish: Seared Braised Pork

4. Appetizers to go with soba: Itawasa (wasabi-flavored fish cake)

5. Tempura: Chicken tempura with bonito flakes and pickled plum, and deep-fried squid wrapped in seaweed.

6. Finishing dish: Soba noodles served in a wooden tray.
