2. Soba Sashimi

3. Sashimi: Straw-grilled bonito tataki with Tosa ponzu sauce.

3. Salad: Sakura shrimp tempura and daikon radish salad with bonito flakes ~with a hint of plum flavor~

5. Hot Pot: Duck Nanban Hot Pot with Yuzu Citrus Flavor, using Iwate duck.

6. Tempura: Chicken tempura with bonito flakes and pickled plum, and deep-fried squid wrapped in seaweed.
