You can choose the flavor of your hot pot! Three types of roasted sesame hot pot or savory salted kelp hot pot.

1. Appetizer: Slow-cooked duck and rapeseed blossoms with soba miso mayonnaise

2. Soba Sashimi

3. Sashimi: Straw-grilled bonito tataki with Tosa ponzu sauce.

4. Salad: Sakura shrimp tempura and daikon radish salad with bonito flakes ~with a hint of plum flavor~

5. Hot Pot 1) Three kinds of roasted sesame hot pot with Japanese pork and chicken meatballs
