1. Appetizer: Slow-cooked duck and rapeseed blossoms with soba miso mayonnaise

2. Sashimi: Seared bonito tataki with Tosa ponzu sauce.

3. Salad: Sakura shrimp tempura and daikon radish salad with bonito flakes ~with a hint of plum flavor~

4. Grilled dishes: Seared octopus satsuma-age skewers

5. Hot Pot: Shabu-shabu with Japanese pork (served with sesame sauce from a soba restaurant)

6. Tempura - Assorted tempura (large shrimp, pumpkin)

7. Finishing dish: Soba noodles with two kinds of sesame sauce.
