1. Appetizer: Ganmo (fried tofu fritters) with dashi broth and plum and grated radish.

2. Soba Sashimi

3. Sashimi: Octopus sashimi and avocado with wasabi and kelp

4. Salad: Japanese-style salad with fried corn

5 Hot Pots 1) Duck meat grilled on a ceramic plate with moromi miso

2) Lemon shabu-shabu with Japanese pork and chicken neck meat, seasoned with savory salted kelp.
