1. Sushi: Eel Temari Sushi

2. Hassun (Assorted small dishes): Edamame, slow-cooked duck with soba miso mayonnaise, wasabi kelp, soba miso, itawasa (wasabi-flavored fish cake), and tomato and onion salad with Japanese-style dressing.

3. Sashimi - Assortment of three types of sashimi

4. Grilled dishes: Chicken meatballs grilled with sansho pepper.

5. Hot Pot: Sukiyaki with Hitachi Beef

6. Palate cleanser: Squid and mentaiko (spicy cod roe) with grated daikon radish.
