4. Appetizers to go with soba: Itawasa (wasabi-flavored fish cake)

5. Tempura: Squid and mentaiko (spicy cod roe) stuffed lotus root and bite-sized chicken tempura.

6. Finishing dish: Soba noodles served in a wooden tray.
